What you will do

• Define and execute the global strategy for the Snowflake partnership to drive pipeline and commercial expansion.
• Lead senior executive meetings with Snowflake and hirify.global leadership to ensure alignment on shared objectives.
• Design and implement governance models and steering committees to maintain execution consistency.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to influence integration priorities and joint solution design.
• Partner with sales leadership to embed the Snowflake partnership into active deal cycles and drive revenue.
• Act as a strategic ambassador for the partnership both internally and externally.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience within the SaaS or technology ecosystem.
• 2+ years of dedicated partnerships experience.
• Deep familiarity with the Snowflake Data Cloud architecture and partner ecosystem.
• Proven track record of defining joint strategies and securing executive alignment at a global scale.
• Experience influencing product and engineering roadmaps in a technically grounded partnership.
• Strong executive presence and ability to influence without authority in a matrixed organization.
