What you will do

• Partner with Sales on top accounts to shape deal strategy and maximize ACV/TCV and win probability.
• Develop robust, data-driven business cases quantifying revenue growth, cost optimization, and risk mitigation.
• Deliver C-level narratives to CFOs, CIOs, and Heads of Tax/Accounting focusing on ROI and investment rationale.
• Equip sales teams with Value-based Proposals (VSPs), ROI models, and messaging frameworks.
• Collaborate with Product and Marketing to align value propositions with market needs and customer gaps.

Requirements

• 10–15+ years of experience in top-tier consulting (e.g., McKinsey, BCG, Bain) or Enterprise SaaS/FinTech.
• Proven track record in value engineering and supporting complex enterprise deals.
• Expertise in financial modeling, ROI analysis, and executive-level storytelling.
• Ability to operate independently in high-ambiguity environments.
• Must be based in or able to work in Riverwoods, IL

Nice to have

• Direct experience in Tax & Accounting domains or working with Big 4 firms.
• Experience advising Private Equity firms on portfolio company value creation.
• Familiarity with tax workflows, financial close processes, and AI-driven workflows.
