Location: California, USA (virtual office: home office & customer site; travel up to 50%)

Salary: $257,400.00–$321,800.00–$386,200.00 On-Target Earnings

What you will do

  • Develop and execute account strategies to grow the territory and deepen client engagement.
  • Lead account planning, pipeline development, sales process management, and revenue generation for assigned accounts.
  • Build alignment with clients around hirify.global’s modern cloud and AI vision to achieve business objectives.
  • Serve as the “face of hirify.global” externally and the “voice of the customer” internally.
  • Maintain trusted relationships with senior decision-makers and key influencers.
  • Coordinate cross-functional engagement using solution specialists and partner resources when needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience); master’s degree preferred.
  • Proven track record of growing revenue in existing accounts and expanding into new lines of business.
  • Experience managing senior executive relationships (Sr. Director, VP, and C-level) in the financial services industry.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to engage in both business and technical conversations across multiple organizational levels.
  • Must be based in California, USA; virtual office includes home office and customer site, with travel up to 50%.
