What you will do

• Serve as the primary point of contact for technical support requests.
• Troubleshoot and maintain end-user hardware and software equipment.
• Perform administrative tasks in Active Directory and O365.
• Escalate complex issues to infrastructure and development teams.
• Create and maintain documentation for support procedures and solutions.
• Manage system inventory and assist with new system deployments.

Requirements

• Must be based in Austin, Texas, USA
• Proven troubleshooting abilities with a strong customer service orientation.
• Experience creating technical documentation or how-to articles.
• Ability to configure and troubleshoot Windows and Mac applications.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management capabilities.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Android and iOS device configuration.
• Experience with automated provisioning tools and service desk software.
