What you will do
- Serve as the visible point of contact for residents throughout project lifecycles.
- Communicate project processes, updates, and changes to residents via meetings, visits, and newsletters.
- Manage expectations and resolve potential conflicts between residents, clients, and operations teams.
- Ensure high standards of customer care and aftercare during and after project completion.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.
Requirements
- Must possess a valid driver's license and own vehicle for travel across Northeast London and Essex.
- Must pass a DBS check.
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism and empathy.
- Resilience under pressure and ability to work independently.
