What you will do

  • Conduct formal initiation of new programs to ensure stakeholder alignment with commercial terms.
  • Oversee the successful delivery of services by coordinating cross-functional virtual teams.
  • Develop and manage project and resource plans to meet program requirements.
  • Support pre-sales activities by providing services guidance during bid and quote processes.
  • Analyze customer contracts to ensure delivery outcomes align with commitments.
  • Monitor customer indicators to proactively identify and resolve post-sales issues.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • Up to 12 months of relevant project management experience.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a matrix organization.
  • Strong program management skills with a focus on schedule adherence and clear communication.
  • Ability to influence through persuasion, negotiation, and consensus-building.
  • Must be based in or able to work onsite in Belfast, UK.

Nice to have

  • Prince2 or PMP Certification.
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Familiarity with technology services and business acumen.
