Location: Hybrid (3-4 days per week in the Manchester office); first 3 months are full-time in office

What you will do
- Process customer requests and handle financial transactions.
- Produce professional letters and emails for clients.
- Maintain accurate records on internal databases.
- Resolve customer queries via phone and email.
- Work efficiently with internal systems to provide award-winning service.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 GCSEs grades 9-4 (A*-C) or equivalent, including Maths and English.
- Excellent numerical ability.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Competent IT skills, specifically experience with Excel.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines, including unsupervised work.

- Experience of financial services or a keen interest in the industry.
