What you will do

• Answer customer inquiries and process applications in a timely and professional manner.
• Determine customer requirements and fulfill specific requests.
• Maintain accurate database records, work files, and documentation.
• Perform administrative tasks including scanning, emailing, and processing payments.
• Undergo comprehensive training on contract requirements with an assigned mentor.

Requirements

• 5 GCSEs grade A-C, including English, Maths, and Science.
• Strong telephone, keyboard, and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends.
• Pre-existing right to work and travel within the UK.
