What you will do
- Handle and resolve enquiries from customers and external contacts promptly.
- Estimate claim values and establish reserves within authority limits.
- Identify potential recovery and fraud cases.
- Follow established procedures for low-complexity claims to ensure consistency.
- Negotiate claim settlements within defined authority limits.
- Contribute to a positive and supportive team culture.
Requirements
- Must be a local Glasgow-based applicant.
- Previous call centre experience is essential.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport.
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
- Good decision-making skills.
- Conscientious and enthusiastic approach to work.
