What you will do
- Serve as the main point of contact for customers via phone and email.
- Manage and resolve queries in line with departmental SLAs.
- Process returns and order requests according to company and vendor guidelines.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth logistics and order fulfillment.
- Take ownership of customer issues from initial contact through to resolution.
- Maintain accurate records and keep customers updated throughout the process.
Requirements
- Must live within a reasonable commuting distance of Milton Keynes or Crick.
- Previous experience in a customer-facing, logistics, or retail role.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to learn new ticketing systems and processes quickly.
