What you will do

• Define and monitor supply chain and sourcing deliverables within the Product Generation Process (PGP).
• Identify and manage supply chain risks, acting as the primary voice of suppliers within product teams.
• Drive and report on the Cost of Goods roadmap in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
• Prepare and manage OPEX/CAPEX forecasts for supplier NRE, tooling, and packaging.
• Solve QLTC (Quality, Logistics, Technology, Cost) issues through proactive management and reviews.
• Coordinate Make/Buy decisions and supplier selections using Early Supplier Involvement methodology.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Technical or Supply Chain field required (Master's preferred).
• Minimum 6 years of relevant work experience in an NPI environment, preferably in high-tech.
• Proven track record in project management and leading multi-disciplinary teams.
• Experience in bottleneck management of manufacturing processes and interfacing with suppliers.
• Must be legally authorized to access controlled technology as defined by US Export Administration Regulations.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
