What you will do

• Partner with the Senior Leadership Team to define and deliver the strategic roadmap for International Networks and DTC.
• Lead the end-to-end strategy pipeline, including governance, financial modeling, and investment evaluation.
• Oversee complex cross-functional programs such as pricing strategy, business model transformation, and territory expansion.
• Design and implement KPI frameworks to monitor business performance and provide actionable insights.
• Champion the adoption of AI and emerging technologies in partnership with internal teams.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and development oversight for the strategy team.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in strategy, consulting, or corporate development within media, DTC, or technology.
• Proven track record of leading enterprise-level, cross-functional initiatives.
• Deep understanding of television media business models, including linear TV and streaming.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen with advanced Excel and presentation skills.
• Experience managing teams of analysts across multiple locations.
• Ability to work effectively in a matrix organization with senior executive stakeholders.
