What you will do

• Define and lead the strategic vision for the new Finance & Investment Practice.
• Originate, shape, and convert a pipeline of priority opportunities and flagship programs.
• Build and lead a high-performing, multidisciplinary team.
• Engage senior clients including UK government, DFIs, MDBs, and foundations.
• Provide senior oversight of the portfolio, ensuring delivery excellence and financial performance.
• Represent the firm at senior external forums and drive thought leadership.

Requirements

• Must have the right to work in the UK (no visa sponsorship).
• Senior leadership experience in finance, investment, or financial systems reform.
• Proven track record of winning and converting complex business opportunities.
• Experience building or scaling a practice, portfolio, or business line.
• Strong commercial judgment and ability to translate strategy into revenue.
• Credibility with senior clients such as government, DFIs, and MDBs.

Nice to have

• Experience working at the climate-finance-nature nexus.
• Existing relationships with DFIs, MDBs, and climate/nature finance initiatives.
• Experience linking impact, ESG, and financial performance frameworks.
