What you will do

• Lead the UK & Ireland Value and Access strategy for the dermatology portfolio.
• Translate clinical and economic value into practical access outcomes for NHS, HSE, and account-level stakeholders.
• Drive execution through priority account and system-level plans across ICSs, Health Boards, and Trusts.
• Manage and coach the Value & Access team, including Integrated Healthcare Managers and Service Development Managers.
• Develop value-added solutions such as patient support programmes and homecare models.
• Collaborate with Global Market Access to align evidence generation with national readiness and launch planning.

Requirements

• Degree in business, economics, life sciences, or a related field.
• Significant experience in pharmaceutical Value, Market Access, HEOR, or RWE leadership roles.
• Strong knowledge of UK and Ireland healthcare systems, including NHS and HSE dynamics.
• Proven track record in both national and regional access implementation.
• Ability to translate data and HEOR insights into clear, actionable account plans.
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams.
