What you will do

• Lead end-to-end technical and commercial due diligence for strategic investments, M&A, and infrastructure financing.
• Assess deployment programs including data center architecture, GPU cluster design, and network performance.
• Evaluate power, cooling, redundancy, and operational readiness for complex infrastructure projects.
• Validate SLA feasibility and performance guarantees against real-world operating conditions.
• Quantify technical risk exposure and identify execution bottlenecks in procurement and implementation schedules.
• Translate technical findings into executive-level recommendations for leadership and investors.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in technical consulting, infrastructure strategy, or engineering advisory.
• Proven track record leading technical and commercial diligence for M&A, investments, or large-scale technology programs.
• Strong understanding of data center infrastructure, GPU clusters, and AI compute environments.
• Deep knowledge of networking, interconnect architecture, and resiliency models.
• Ability to synthesize technical complexity into strategic business insights for executive stakeholders.
• Experience working cross-functionally with finance, legal, and operations teams.
