What you will do

• Advise management and HR on labor law issues and compliance.
• Collaborate with works councils on co-determination, restructuring, and company agreements.
• Develop and implement strategies to promote positive labor relations.
• Represent the company in labor law disputes and coordinate with legal counsel.
• Draft and review labor law documentation including contracts and terminations.
• Conduct training sessions on labor law for managers and HR staff.

Requirements

• Degree in law, business law, or human resources management.
• Several years of professional experience in labor law or employee relations.
• In-depth knowledge of German labor law and the Works Constitution Act (BetrVG).
• Business fluent German and English (C1+).
• Ability to travel approximately 50% of the time, including internationally.
