Location: Must be based in or be able to relocate to New York City (Hybrid: 3 days/week in office)
Salary: $170,000 - $200,000

What you will do
- Monitor and optimize marketplace health at national and city levels to balance supply and demand.
- Lead high-priority cross-functional projects and take accountability for critical business metrics.
- Develop and operationalize regional strategies to achieve North American growth goals.
- Synthesize data insights into actionable recommendations for senior leadership.
- Manage and mentor a team of Business Operations Managers and Specialists.
- Partner cross-functionally to develop operating forecasts and long-term business plans.
Requirements
- Significant experience in high-performance environments such as consulting, investment banking, or high-growth tech marketplaces.
- Proven track record of people leadership and managing performance.
- Experience leading complex projects and owning revenue or growth goals.
- Strong data analytics, visualization, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency with Excel, Google Sheets, and PowerPoint.
- Must be based in or willing to relocate to New York City.
Nice to have
- Experience with Salesforce, Looker, or SQL.
- Proficiency with AI tools to drive operational efficiency.
