What you will do

  • Define and execute strategic priorities and long-term growth plans for the global partner organization.
  • Lead annual planning, quarterly business reviews, and strategic offsite sessions.
  • Drive high-impact initiatives across channel, alliance, technology partner, and marketplace programs.
  • Establish operational excellence by managing leadership meetings and creating scalable frameworks for resource allocation.
  • Partner with Revenue Operations and Finance to monitor key metrics and provide actionable business insights to leadership.
  • Prepare executive communications, strategic narratives, and board-level materials.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • 12+ years of experience in strategy, business operations, or management consulting.
  • Strong background in channel sales and indirect go-to-market models.
  • Experience supporting senior executives within high-growth B2B SaaS organizations.
  • Proven track record of leading cross-functional initiatives and driving measurable business outcomes.
  • Exceptional executive communication, presentation, and data-driven decision-making skills.
