What you will do

  • Manage and own relationships with OCD and Devoteam at both EMEA and local levels.
  • Drive enablement activities for national partners and internal hirify.global sales teams.
  • Develop and execute business plans with managed partner accounts to drive growth.
  • Facilitate account mapping between regional partner sellers and hirify.global sales teams.
  • Oversee reseller agreement processes, deal registration, and partner forecasting.
  • Collaborate with marketing to drive regional strategy and event attendance.

Requirements

  • Must have the legal right to work in France without visa sponsorship.
  • Proven experience in SaaS channel management and partner recruitment.
  • Strong background in Cloud Service Provider marketplaces (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Process-oriented mindset with experience in sales operations and CRM management.
  • Demonstrated track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to work effectively as a team player within a field-focused sales environment.
