What you will do
- Directly manage a strategic sales team selling to end users and leverage channel partners to drive Identity Security (IGA) Solution Suite revenue.
- Bring structure and rigor to the sales process, including pipeline management and forecasting accuracy.
- In the first months, assess people, process, cadence, and structure across direct and non-direct support functions and align them to regional execution.
- Evaluate the install base, target customers, partner ecosystem, and pipeline quality to identify immediate and long-term improvements.
- Build and present a 12-month business plan and a 3-year plan, including milestones and actions to achieve regional goals.
- Partner with marketing and the partner team to identify white-space opportunities, new logo prospects, and accounts with compliance/governance or business drivers for an IGA solution.
Requirements
- Location: Must be based in France (remote)
- Proven track record leading sales teams in high-growth SaaS or cybersecurity organizations.
- Experience leading sales during a transition from on-prem to SaaS.
- Ability to manage sales professionals and provide matrix leadership to associated supporting functions.
- Strong capability to drive pipeline rigor and reliable forecasting.
