Senior Product Operations Analyst (Investment Operations)

Location: Flexible hybrid schedule in Toronto at 483 Bay Street, moving to the Mississauga office at 3 Robert Speck Parkway in late 2026. Occasional travel is required.

Salary: CAD 99,000–123,000 annual base salary, plus a discretionary performance bonus.

What you will do

• Support the implementation of new mutual funds, investment solutions, fund changes, enhancements, mergers, and terminations.
• Collect input and prepare product launch briefs and other fund launch documentation.
• Coordinate project teams and working committees, including stakeholder identification, agendas, updates, risks, and issue resolution.
• Prepare and distribute documentation for benchmark and portfolio manager changes after committee approval.
• Support fund events including restructures, rebalancing, benchmark changes, mergers, terminations, and portfolio manager changes.
• Assist with product operations data strategy and lead or support ad hoc projects.

Requirements

• Current work authorization in Canada is required.
• At least 3 years of experience in the mutual fund or investment industry.
• University degree with a Finance focus or equivalent work experience.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional stakeholders across legal, finance, operations, fund accounting, and portfolio management functions.
• CFA, CA, or PMP designation is an asset.
