Senior Manager, Workforce Planning Strategy & Analytics

Location: Remote in Canada

Salary: CAD 138,700–208,100 per year, plus equity, benefits, and potential bonus.

What you will do

• Build and lead the enterprise workforce planning capability, including its long-term vision, roadmap, and operating model.
• Partner with FP&A, HR leadership, Talent Acquisition, Finance, and business stakeholders on demand forecasting, headcount planning, and scenario models.
• Redesign data collection, forecasting cadence, approval workflows, and other manual workforce planning processes into scalable systems.
• Own the data infrastructure, tools, reporting, pipelines, and dashboards that provide self-service visibility into headcount and capacity.
• Drive adoption of new models and frameworks across Finance, HR, and business teams without relying on formal authority.
• Prepare executive-ready analysis and recommendations on workforce strategy, cost planning, governance, and budget cycles.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in FP&A, business or data analytics, management consulting, or a comparable quantitative strategy role.
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills.
• Experience building forecasting, capacity, or scenario models from scratch using incomplete or messy data.
• Experience identifying and replacing broken or manual processes with scalable, repeatable systems.
• Strong influencing, executive communication, and data storytelling skills, with the ability to work across Finance, HR, and business leadership.
• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative, business, finance, or related field, or equivalent experience.

• Workforce planning experience.
• SQL and business intelligence tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
