Manager, Business Systems Analysis (Asset Management and Insurance)

Salary: C$115,000–C$130,000 annually

What you will do

• Lead delivery, implementation, and support of applications, data solutions, and system integrations for Wealth Solutions and Credit business areas.
• Manage ServiceNow service requests and incident response metrics, including after-hours L1/L2 support and SLA performance.
• Drive automation, solution optimization, root cause analysis, data validation, and cleansing initiatives.
• Maintain product and solution documentation, including architecture diagrams, data catalogs, dictionaries, field mappings, requirements, roadmaps, and vendor license details.
• Monitor ETL/ELT workflows, data interfaces, data marts, and integrations across cloud and enterprise applications.
• Partner with business and cross-functional technology stakeholders to translate requirements into reliable, scalable solutions and explain complex architectures to technical and non-technical audiences.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Management, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
• 6+ years of hands-on product ownership and business systems analysis experience in asset management or insurance.
• Experience with investment management and insurance applications and data models across public and private asset classes.
• Experience with asset management or actuarial applications, such as Aladdin/ADC, Clearwater/LPX, WSO, SS&C PLM, Mercatus, Numerix, TriOptima, Bloomberg AIM, Duco, FinX, AON Pathwise, Moody’s Axis, or Milliman MG Alfa.
• Proficiency in workflow automation and data orchestration tools, ETL/ELT, REST APIs, Python, Snowflake, SQL Server, XML, JSON, and CSV.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, collaboration, risk management, data governance, and data protection compliance skills.
