Senior Associate, New Verticals - Drive Strategy & Operations (Logistics)

Location: Toronto, ON, Canada; hybrid model with a few in-person days per quarter

Salary: CAD 97,000–121,000, plus potential equity grants

hirify.global Drive is a white-label fulfillment platform supporting e-commerce and logistics for merchants on and off the hirify.global platform.

What you will do

• Develop strategy for scaling Dasher Shop & Deliver across Grocery and other New Verticals.
• Identify growth, profitability, merchant strategy, and operational excellence opportunities.
• Launch and lead 0-to-1 products, services, and growth initiatives.
• Use data to diagnose problems, build business cases, and create recommendations.
• Support financial modeling for merchant negotiations, new-net merchant contracts, and account optimization.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Sales, Operations, Finance, and external merchants.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience, ideally in logistics, technology, consulting, startups, AI, or a related field.
• Completed Bachelor's Degree.
• Strong analytical skills, including SQL data analysis and Excel modeling.
• Ability to solve ambiguous problems, develop strategy, and execute operational plans.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Comfort using AI tools such as Claude, Cursor, Gemini, or Copilot.
