What you will do

• Design, develop, and support Workday Extend applications and Workday Orchestrations, delivering new functionality and enhancements aligned with Workday best practices.
• Build data integration applications including APIs, System Adapters, Message Flows, and Compositions; act as an integration consultant for partners.
• Develop proofs-of-concept, prototypes, and functional specifications; create test environments and technical specifications for development, testing, and conversion.
• Contribute to integration strategies, requirements workshops, and detailed solution design; create technical design documents.
• Facilitate design and code reviews and support QA activities, including automated testing.
• Provide training plans/materials and train staff during implementations; deliver ongoing maintenance and operational support.

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree in a relevant discipline.
• Minimum of five years of related experience (or equivalent education and experience).
• In-depth knowledge of applications and business requirements they support.
• Strong working knowledge of SOAP/REST concepts and technologies (e.g., OAuth2, WSDL, JSON Schema) and enterprise integration patterns.
• Experience with data modeling and data integration concepts/technologies including SQL/DDL/DML and integration patterns.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate across ISC and broader hirify.global stakeholders.
