What you will do

• Design, develop, and deliver new software features across the platform tech stack.
• Propose and evaluate technical design solutions for complex engineering problems.
• Build and maintain modular, composable, and interoperable platform components.
• Collaborate with the development team to ensure high-quality software delivery.
• Utilize tools such as GitHub, Google Cloud, Go, Docker, and Terraform.

Requirements

• BA/BS degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3 years of professional software development experience.
• Expertise in building systems on GCP, AWS, or Azure.
• Proficiency in one or more general-purpose languages like Go, Java, Python, or C++.
• Must be legally authorized to work in Canada.

Nice to have

• Experience with Apache Beam and data ingestion technologies.
• Solid understanding of ETL principles and best practices.
• Experience with scalable data processing pipelines and analytics databases.
• Background or exposure to healthcare or life sciences, specifically HL7 FHIR.
