TL;DR

Lead Customer Strategist (Customer Strategy & Concepts): Establishing and governing fundamental customer structures, concepts, and principles across the Nordic markets with an accent on business architecture, regulatory compliance, and scalable service models. Focus on building a new strategic capability from the ground up, driving cross-market alignment, and translating complex business needs into clear operational frameworks.

Location: Must be based in the Nordics (Sweden, Norway, Finland, or Denmark) with a hybrid work model.

What you will do

  • Define and evolve core customer concepts, including household structures, benefit offerings, and interaction principles.
  • Lead cross-market harmonization of customer-related concepts and ways of working.
  • Shape and drive the customer governance framework to ensure consistency and regulatory compliance.
  • Translate complex business strategy and regulatory requirements into scalable operational structures.
  • Facilitate alignment and decision-making across business units and enabling functions.
  • Establish and govern strategic customer relationship models, including access, authorization, and consent management.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the Nordics and able to travel to other offices.
  • Strong experience with customer-centric business models in complex organizations.
  • Solid understanding of customer strategy, business architecture, or capability design.
  • 5+ years of experience in business development, management consultancy, or product management.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and drive stakeholder alignment.
  • Fluency in English is required.
