What you will do

• Lead and coordinate Samlink business controls and compliance activities.
• Drive audit readiness initiatives for internal, external, and regulatory audits.
• Manage compliance programs, assessments, and remediation activities.
• Oversee MSAC-related governance, reporting, and compliance processes.
• Support hirify.global–Samlink integration activities to ensure alignment of controls and policies.
• Partner with business, security, risk, legal, and operational teams to ensure effective control implementation.

Requirements

• Must be based in Espoo or Jyväskylä, Finland.
• Fluent Finnish and English language skills required.
• Proven experience in compliance, governance, risk management, or audit readiness.
• Strong understanding of business controls and regulatory compliance processes.
• Knowledge of information security frameworks such as SOC or equivalent industry standards.
• Master’s degree.

Nice to have

• Experience within financial services, banking, or highly regulated industries.
• Familiarity with hirify.global or Samlink organizational structures.
• Experience leading security, compliance, or certification projects.
