What you will do

• Deliver professional consulting services and training sessions for the hirify.global product suite.
• Conduct both onsite and online training, including customized client sessions and open webinars.
• Develop and maintain high-quality training materials, documentation, and video content.
• Analyze customer needs to provide tailored solutions and support successful system implementation.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and development teams to provide product expertise and customer feedback.
• Support the customer service team by resolving complex client inquiries and maintaining knowledge articles.

Requirements

• Professional proficiency in Danish and English (verbal and written).
• Experience in the tax, auditing, or accounting industry.
• Strong IT skills with experience in office systems and remote communication tools.
• Ability to explain complex concepts in a simplified, accessible manner.
• Must be based in Copenhagen or able to commute for hybrid office requirements.
• Ability to travel to client sites occasionally (approx. 3-4 days per month).

Nice to have

• Experience in conducting professional training or creating digital educational content.
• Prior experience with hirify.global products such as Årsafslutning, Skat Nova, or Revision.
