What you will do

• Develop and maintain financial sales plans by SKU, month, and route to market.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on S&OP forecasting cycles and innovation planning.
• Monitor portfolio performance, including inventory levels and potential out-of-stock risks.
• Provide reporting and analysis on distribution billbacks and disputes for key account teams.
• Support sales and channel leads in budget management and T&E expense planning.
• Prepare scenarios and simulations to drive business performance and ensure budget adherence.

Requirements

• Must be a U.S. citizen, permanent resident, or authorized to work in the U.S. on a valid visa.
• 2–3 years of experience as a financial analyst.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong communication and organizational skills with the ability to work autonomously.
• Experience in the beverage or CPG industry is preferred.
• Willingness to learn new ERP systems.
