Salary: $128,470 - $192,710

What you will do

• Build and maintain program schedules ensuring alignment across product and engineering teams.
• Coordinate day-to-day execution of portfolio priorities across multiple workstreams.
• Identify, track, and escalate risks and blockers to ensure timely resolution.
• Monitor program performance against milestones and develop mitigation plans for program risks.
• Prepare structured program updates and coordinate governance routines, including stakeholder checkpoints.
• Drive alignment across interconnected initiatives and manage cross-team dependencies.

Requirements

• Extensive knowledge of operational, tactical, and strategic planning techniques.
• Deep expertise in IT project management and project administration best practices.
• Strong decision-making, critical thinking, and data reporting skills.
• Must be located in or relocate to the USA (Chicago, Peoria, or Irving).

Nice to have

• Working knowledge of Aha! and Azure DevOps for roadmap and backlog management.
• Experience with Microsoft Loop or similar collaboration tools.
• Experience managing digital product programs in agile or hybrid environments.
