What you will do

• Lead technical programs involving cutting-edge optics, sensors, and image processing technologies.
• Manage the product lifecycle from business case definition through design, development, and sustaining support.
• Identify and mitigate technical and program risks throughout the product development process.
• Drive design improvements and customer-focused features while ensuring adherence to schedules and budgets.
• Collaborate across engineering, operations, marketing, and service teams to ensure product performance and reliability.
• Engage directly with customers to drive tool adoption and align product roadmaps with market trends.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of experience, Master’s with 6+ years, or Doctorate with 3+ years of relevant work experience.
• 5+ years of engineering experience in a technical program manager role.
• Subject matter expertise in advanced sensors, optics, or sources.
• Proven track record of delivering complex products on schedule.
• Strong technical leadership and ability to manage cross-functional teams and ambiguity.
• Excellent communication skills with experience presenting to C-level stakeholders.
