What you will do

• Own overall program execution, ensuring cost, schedule, and technical performance targets are met.
• Develop and implement resource allocation plans while collaborating with functional organizations.
• Act as the primary customer contact, managing program teams and leading review sessions.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and opportunities throughout the program lifecycle.
• Coordinate win strategies and lead proposal efforts to support business growth.
• Ensure adherence to quality control processes and the Quality Management System.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, business, or a related technical field.
• 5+ years of professional experience in project/program management within the commercial or defense industry.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a US government security clearance (Top Secret preferred).
• Experience with program management tools such as EVMS, IMP/IMS, and risk management.
• Deep understanding of DoD/IC customer culture, missions, and national security challenges.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, including experience presenting to large groups.
