What you will do

• Define and execute the annual partner marketing strategy for the AMER region.
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Regional Partner Marketing Managers.
• Architect and manage the distribution marketing model, including MDF allocation and ROI tracking.
• Partner with Sales and Field Marketing to ensure campaigns contribute to regional pipeline targets.
• Oversee the regional partner marketing budget and ensure strategic investment.
• Standardize campaign playbooks to ensure a consistent brand experience across all partners.

Requirements

• Must have legal right to work in the USA without visa sponsorship.
• 8–12 years of experience in partner or channel marketing.
• 3+ years of experience in a people management role.
• Proven track record managing marketing through Distributors, National Resellers, and GSIs.
• Deep expertise in B2B SaaS or Enterprise technology.
• Proficiency in Salesforce, Looker, and marketing automation tools.
