What you will do
- Design and maintain multi-system automation workflows for data enrichment and lifecycle stage progression.
- Build and maintain predictive scoring models for accounts and people combining product and firmographic signals.
- Own data modeling and integration across SFDC, Marketo, Clay, and Snowflake to create a reliable data layer.
- Architect automated outreach and lead lifecycle optimizations to improve speed-to-lead and reduce manual handoffs.
- Manage and optimize operational spend, including LLM usage, API calls, and enrichment costs.
- Evaluate and implement emerging AI tools and MCP integrations to improve GTM intelligence and productivity.
Requirements
- 5+ years of GTM engineering, marketing operations, or revenue operations experience in a SaaS environment.
- Deep expertise in Salesforce object schemas, relational databases, and Marketing Automation Platforms (MAP).
- Proven experience building production automations in Clay, n8n, Make, Zapier, or similar tools.
- Strong understanding of automation cost mechanics and LLM API efficiency.
- Experience building and consuming API and MCP integrations to connect GTM tooling.
- Must be based in the United States or Canada (specifically British Columbia or Ontario).
