What you will do

• Lead and develop global teams across Marketing Automation (MAT), Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO), AI, and Data.
• Define and execute global growth strategies aligned with business goals across various markets and verticals.
• Drive experimentation and data analytics to optimize lead generation, lead scoring, and retention efforts.
• Manage the global marketing tech stack and automation strategy to ensure scalable campaign execution.
• Collaborate with UX, design, and content teams to continuously test and improve user journeys across web properties.
• Implement generative AI tools to enhance marketing effectiveness and enrich prospect and customer profiles.

Requirements

• 8–12+ years of experience in growth, performance marketing, or marketing operations, ideally within global SaaS or eCommerce.
• 5+ years of experience leading cross-functional and remote teams.
• Proven success in scaling Marketing Automation, AI, CRO, or Data teams.
• Deep expertise in tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot/Marketo, GCP, BigQuery, Fivetran, Looker, GA4, and Clay.
• Must be based in Ontario, Canada.
• Fluency in English is required.

Nice to have

• Experience in the POS, retail tech, or hospitality tech industries.
• Familiarity with GDPR and CCPA privacy regulations regarding data collection.
