TL;DR

Sr. Solution Engineer (ERP): Partnering with Account Executives to drive sales opportunities for enterprise software support and AI ERP solutions with an accent on technical scoping, license optimization, and customer engagement. Focus on architecting complex ERP solutions, resolving technical objections from C-suite executives, and designing migration strategies to public cloud platforms.

Location: Remote United States (eligible for remote work from a home office located in the Central or Western US)

Salary: $142,000 – $178,000 (plus commission)

What you will do

  • Partner with Senior Account Executives to support and influence sales opportunities across North American markets.
  • Engage directly with customers to understand technical needs and provide expert guidance throughout the sales cycle.
  • Collaborate with global Service Delivery and Product teams to ensure pricing accuracy and solution feasibility.
  • Deliver compelling technical presentations to audiences ranging from developers to C-Suite executives.
  • Develop detailed scoping requirements to define services for downstream execution.

Requirements

  • 12 to 15 years of experience in Pre-Sales Engineering or Solution Architect roles.
  • Hands-on experience architecting and supporting complex ERP applications (SAP, Oracle, IBM) for global enterprises.
  • Mastery of software licensing models, compliance, and cost-impacting structures for major ERP platforms.
  • Deep knowledge of cloud infrastructure and hybrid deployment models (public, private, on-premises).
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • Must be based in the Central or Western United States.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Salesforce CRM.
  • Knowledge of security frameworks like PCI, NERC, and CIP.
