What you will do

• Build strategic relationships with IT leaders (CIOs, CTOs, Architects) to guide their digital transformation.
• Lead technical pre-sales activities, including product demonstrations, workshops, and RFP responses.
• Collaborate with Customer Success and Professional Services to ensure successful customer outcomes.
• Present technical and business value propositions at industry events.
• Identify new business opportunities to expand account value in the Ohio Valley region.
• Provide customer insights and industry trends to influence the product roadmap.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience in pre-sales solution engineering or customer-facing technical roles.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise architecture, Windows desktop/application management, and endpoint security.
• Ability to deliver compelling presentations and demos to both technical and executive audiences.
• Experience with subscription-based GTM models and customer adoption strategies.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
