hirify.global is a rapidly growing technology company scaling its global operations to support a workforce expanding from 350 to over 1,000 employees.

What you will do

  • Establish and lead the Technology Operations function across the Americas, managing regional team growth and development.
  • Own the quality and responsiveness of end-user support, ensuring effective incident management and ticket hygiene via ITSM platforms.
  • Manage the full device lifecycle, including procurement, provisioning, and offboarding for a distributed workforce.
  • Oversee office technology infrastructure, including meeting rooms, AV, and connectivity for US locations.
  • Drive operational maturity by implementing standardized processes, reporting, and service improvement initiatives.
  • Act as the senior escalation point for VIP support, office incidents, and business-critical technology issues.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in Technology Operations, IT Support, or End User Computing.
  • 2+ years of experience leading or managing IT/Technology Operations teams.
  • Proven ability to manage onsite and remote support across multiple locations.
  • Strong understanding of ITSM practices, including SLAs, incident management, and knowledge management.
  • Experience using data and reporting to drive service improvements and operational accountability.
  • Must be based in the US to support regional operations and office requirements.

Nice to have

  • Experience building or scaling a regional IT function within a global company.
  • Proficiency with tools like JumpCloud, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Slack, and Jira Service Management.
  • Experience with office fit-outs, including network, AV, and cabling requirements.
  • Exposure to compliance frameworks such as SOC 2, ISO 27001, or SOX.
