TL;DR
Solutions Engineer (SaaS): Providing technical support and consultation to partners using 's SaaS Backup product, DropSuite, with an accent on troubleshooting and resolving technical challenges. Focus on understanding customer queries, analyzing them technically, and suggesting product improvements based on feedback.
Location: Remote in California, Oregon, or Washington
Salary: $100,000 to $105,000 per year (for roles based in California or Washington)

What you will do
- Act as a liaison between partners and the internal team for all technical activities post-launch.
- Provide prompt and professional troubleshooting for technical challenges faced by clients.
- Perform regular technical account reviews, product training, and on-site visits to provide insights and analytics.
- Provide high-quality technical consultation and support to drive client satisfaction.
- Assist partners in upgrades and integration by providing technical support.
- Advocate for ’s product adoption by identifying opportunities to better fit client needs.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of Technical Account Management, Sales engineering or Support engineering experience in the B2B / SaaS industry.
- 3+ years of experience with Office 365 or Google Workspace Administration.
- Strong customer focus with an ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively communicate technical concepts.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to work extra hours during peak times and across time zones when required.
- This position is NOT eligible for Visa sponsorship.
Nice to have
- Technical experience with SaaS solution distributors or Managed Service Providers (MSPs).
- Experience with cloud backup systems and/or similar technologies.
