Solutions Engineer (SaaS)

Location: Remote in California, Oregon, or Washington

Salary: $100,000 to $105,000 per year (for roles based in California or Washington)

What you will do

• Act as a liaison between partners and the internal team for all technical activities post-launch.
• Provide prompt and professional troubleshooting for technical challenges faced by clients.
• Perform regular technical account reviews, product training, and on-site visits to provide insights and analytics.
• Provide high-quality technical consultation and support to drive client satisfaction.
• Assist partners in upgrades and integration by providing technical support.
• Advocate for hirify.global’s product adoption by identifying opportunities to better fit client needs.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of Technical Account Management, Sales engineering or Support engineering experience in the B2B / SaaS industry.
• 3+ years of experience with Office 365 or Google Workspace Administration.
• Strong customer focus with an ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively communicate technical concepts.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to work extra hours during peak times and across time zones when required.
• This position is NOT eligible for Visa sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Technical experience with SaaS solution distributors or Managed Service Providers (MSPs).
• Experience with cloud backup systems and/or similar technologies.
