What you will do

• Partner with design, live ops, and marketing to execute quarterly and annual live events.
• Plan and manage large-scale real-world and global in-app events reaching millions of players.
• Develop and iterate on agentic AI skills and automated workflows to validate event specs and improve operational consistency.
• Drive projects from concept to launch by managing milestones, workstreams, and risks.
• Collaborate with engineering and QA to ensure event readiness and high-quality delivery.
• Synthesize post-event learnings to improve production practices and team efficiency.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience producing live service mobile games or comparable digital products.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams including design, engineering, and marketing.
• Demonstrated experience building or improving AI-enabled systems or automated workflows.
• Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills.
• Must be an authentic Pokémon GO fan with deep understanding of its live events.
• Willingness to travel for event coordination.
