What you will do

• Provide strategic support to the sales team throughout the entire sales cycle, including RFP preparation and prospect research.
• Manage and maintain all sales documentation and deliverables to ensure accuracy and accessibility.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external partners to develop combined sales strategies.
• Prepare and present reports on prospect status to senior management.
• Assist in the creation of high-level presentations for executives and prospective clients.
• Develop deep knowledge of company payment applications and value-added product offerings.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant professional experience in sales operations or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to review and interpret a variety of factors to resolve issues.
• Effective communication and listening skills to act as a reliable partner to the sales department.
• Ability to work under general instructions for routine tasks and detailed guidance for new projects.
