What you will do
- Build strategic relationships with stakeholders to understand business objectives and drive the continued value of products and services.
- Manage a renewal book of business, identifying upsell/cross-sell opportunities and mitigating churn risks.
- Act as a subject matter expert for and Shopfully products, championing customer feedback to internal product teams.
- Analyze core KPIs and success metrics to synthesize data observations into actionable insights for clients.
- Own and execute all stages of the production process, ensuring quality checks and timely delivery of content.
- Utilize and optimize internal platforms like Salesforce and ClickUp, including the adoption of AI-driven automation tools.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in customer success, project management, or account management.
- Experience within the Ad-Tech or SaaS space is preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective cross-functional coordination.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines under pressure.
- Capacity to analyze client data and drive the development of effective workflows.
- Must be based in Colombia, Mexico, or Spain.
