What you will do
- Develop and implement a comprehensive total rewards strategy aligned with global guidelines and industry best practices.
- Align regional compensation teams and CHROs to execute the new strategy effectively.
- Define and automate end-to-end reward processes, focusing on data accuracy, compliance, and scalability.
- Manage regional benefits strategy and vendor relationships to optimize employee value proposition while maintaining cost efficiency.
- Leverage AI and automation tools to streamline workflows, from data modeling to internal communications.
- Ensure seamless adoption of new reward frameworks across all European entities.
Requirements
- Proven track record in Total Rewards within high-growth tech or multi-brand environments.
- Expertise in job architecture, salary ranges, pay equity, and designing bias-free reward systems.
- Hands-on experience with Workday or similar HRIS systems for running pay review cycles.
- Strong leadership skills with experience building and managing inclusive, high-performing teams.
- Strategic mindset to own the regional rewards landscape from ideation to delivery.
- Ability to interpret complex data to drive compensation decisions and process improvements.
