TL;DR

Focus on leveraging Workday and automation to build fair, transparent, and data-driven reward systems that support talent retention and business objectives.

Location: Based in Barcelona, Spain. Hybrid role with up to 2 days of work from home per week.

What you will do

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive total rewards strategy aligned with global guidelines and industry best practices.
  • Align regional compensation teams and CHROs to execute the new strategy effectively.
  • Define and automate end-to-end reward processes, focusing on data accuracy, compliance, and scalability.
  • Manage regional benefits strategy and vendor relationships to optimize employee value proposition while maintaining cost efficiency.
  • Leverage AI and automation tools to streamline workflows, from data modeling to internal communications.
  • Ensure seamless adoption of new reward frameworks across all European entities.

Requirements

  • Proven track record in Total Rewards within high-growth tech or multi-brand environments.
  • Expertise in job architecture, salary ranges, pay equity, and designing bias-free reward systems.
  • Hands-on experience with Workday or similar HRIS systems for running pay review cycles.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience building and managing inclusive, high-performing teams.
  • Strategic mindset to own the regional rewards landscape from ideation to delivery.
  • Ability to interpret complex data to drive compensation decisions and process improvements.
