Location: Remote (U.S.)
Salary: $148,600.00–$237,400.00 annually (base pay range for CA, CT, MD, MA, NJ, NY, Washington state, and Washington DC); $141,200.00–$225,600.00 annually (base pay range for CO, HI, IL, MN, NV, OH, RI, and VT). Equity awards eligible.

What you will do
- Own and evolve the Product Development Acceleration solutions suite, delivering measurable impact across Product, Design, and Business teams.
- Partner with leadership to define, sequence, and operationalize the portfolio roadmap, including technical constraints, dependency mapping, and risk analysis.
- Translate strategic initiatives into structured technical programs with milestones, success criteria, risk mitigations, and cross-team dependencies.
- Act as a connective layer across Research, Product, Engineering, and Design to surface and mitigate technical, organizational, and dependency risks.
- Architect, build, and iterate AI-native internal tools using modern AI coding environments and agentic frameworks without dedicated engineering headcount.
- Drive adoption and durability by measuring usage, reliability, and learning impact metrics and iterating based on evidence.
Requirements
- Experience designing, building, and maintaining durable internal software systems used by business users.
- Strong technical fluency in applied AI and system design, with hands-on experience using modern AI coding environments (e.g., Replit, Claude Code) to prototype and scale solutions.
- Proven ability to lead complex, multi-stakeholder technical programs in high-ambiguity environments and influence without formal authority.
- Ability to independently lead and build in ambiguous environments, learning quickly to harness evolving AI capabilities.
- Data-driven approach using metrics, reliability indicators, and adoption signals to iteratively improve system performance and impact.
- Thoughtful approach to responsible AI and data governance, embedding safeguards into technical design.
