• Manage and optimize the use of AI assistants and agents to simplify tasks and improve team efficiency.
• Maintain real-time visibility of project progress, risks, and deliverables using dashboards and standardized reporting.
• Drive requirement-setting processes to influence project objectives early in the lifecycle.
• Resolve resource conflicts and priority differences between functional leads to ensure project alignment.
