What you will do

• Recruit, mentor, and manage a high-performing team of Technical Program Managers as a player-coach.
• Own end-to-end program strategy, roadmap development, and milestone tracking for critical security and IT initiatives.
• Drive large, complex cross-organizational initiatives across security engineering, security operations, and technology.
• Act as a bridge between security and engineering-focused teams to align strategy and move work forward.
• Coordinate execution across globally distributed teams and align workflows across time zones.
• Lead programs in security engineering domains (e.g., vulnerability management, identity and access, cloud security) and support technology initiatives such as vendor portfolio management, budgeting, and AI solution adoption.

Requirements

• Location: Remote in the USA
• Proven experience recruiting, mentoring, and supporting a high-performing team of Program Managers.
• Demonstrated ability to execute TPM work as a senior leader, owning program strategy, roadmaps, and milestone tracking.
• 10+ years of experience establishing and leading large, complex cross-organizational initiatives within security engineering, security operations, and technology.
• Strong communication skills to serve as an executive point of contact for major security and technology programs.
• Hands-on experience leading programs in security engineering domains (vulnerability management, identity and access, cloud security) and related technology initiatives.
