What you will do

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex, cross-organizational technical projects within budget and timelines.
• Drive alignment across senior stakeholders on priorities, trade-offs, and strategic roadmaps.
• Mentor and coach other technical project managers to enhance organizational delivery capabilities.
• Identify and remove project obstacles while managing communication gaps between engineering and product teams.
• Contribute to the development of project standards, frameworks, and best practices.
• Manage financial aspects of projects, including budget tracking and forecasting.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in program/project management within a technology environment.
• 4+ years of experience specifically within a software development environment.
• Proven track record of managing large-scale, cross-organization projects and influencing senior leadership.
• Deep expertise in Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
• Strong understanding of Systems Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and release planning.
• Excellent communication skills for bridging gaps between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
