What you will do

• Plan and oversee multiple parallel projects to ensure delivery on time, on budget, and within scope.
• Manage project teams and stakeholders, fostering win-win relationships and consensus.
• Identify and assess project risks, implementing mitigation strategies and communicating impacts to leadership.
• Monitor project financials, including budgeting, cost-benefit analysis, and regular status reporting.
• Lead cross-functional teams through the full project lifecycle, from requirements analysis to implementation and support.
• Conduct post-project reviews to certify that success criteria have been met.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in a project management role delivering business and IT projects.
• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, application development, and project management methodologies (Waterfall/Agile).
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills for interacting with all levels of staff.
• Proficiency with project planning tools such as Microsoft Project, Visio, Azure DevOps, or JIRA.
• University degree required; PMP or Agile/SCRUM certification is highly preferred.
