What you will do
- Identify and research target accounts to build a high-quality sales pipeline.
- Develop and execute multi-channel communication plans via phone, email, and LinkedIn.
- Conduct high-level discovery conversations with C-suite executives to qualify opportunities.
- Deliver value-oriented pitches and solution demonstrations.
- Collaborate with Account Executives to build and refine account strategies.
- Manage personal outreach KPIs to meet and exceed sales quotas.
Requirements
- Must be based in Berlin or able to work from the Berlin office 3 days per week.
- Proven experience in a high-impact sales or business development role.
- Strong research, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to engage effectively with executive-level stakeholders.
- Action-oriented mindset with a focus on accountability and results.
- Intellectual curiosity and a strong desire to learn and grow within a commercial team.
