TL;DR

Senior Business Development Representative (SaaS): Driving revenue growth by identifying, qualifying, and engaging C-suite prospects for a leading customer engagement platform with an accent on account strategy and high-level discovery. Focus on building a robust sales pipeline through personalized outreach and collaborative execution with Account Executives.

Location: Must be based in Berlin, Germany (Hybrid: minimum 3 days per week in office)

What you will do

  • Identify and research target accounts to build a high-quality sales pipeline.
  • Develop and execute multi-channel communication plans via phone, email, and LinkedIn.
  • Conduct high-level discovery conversations with C-suite executives to qualify opportunities.
  • Deliver value-oriented pitches and solution demonstrations.
  • Collaborate with Account Executives to build and refine account strategies.
  • Manage personal outreach KPIs to meet and exceed sales quotas.

Requirements

  • Must be based in Berlin or able to work from the Berlin office 3 days per week.
  • Proven experience in a high-impact sales or business development role.
  • Strong research, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to engage effectively with executive-level stakeholders.
  • Action-oriented mindset with a focus on accountability and results.
  • Intellectual curiosity and a strong desire to learn and grow within a commercial team.
